Learn how to track your subscription performance and revenue using the Analytics dashboard — covering key metrics like MRR, ARR, total revenue, and revenue trends over time.
Step 1: Click on Analytics

Step 2: Click on the "Revenue" Tab
This shows four key metrics at a glance:
- MRR – Monthly Recurring Revenue from active subscriptions.
- ARR – Annual Recurring Revenue, projected based on current MRR.
- Total Revenue – overall revenue generated in the selected date range.
- Revenue / Customer – average revenue generated per customer.

Step 3: Adjust the Date Range
Click on the date range selector (e.g., Jul 26–Aug 24, 2026) to view revenue and performance data for a specific time period.

You can select the date according to yourself

Step 4: Click on the "Churn" Tab
This shows metrics related to customer retention:
- Churn Rate – percentage of customers who canceled their subscription.
- Avg LTV – average lifetime value (total revenue) per customer.
- At-Risk – number of customers with failed payments.
- Avg Lifespan – average duration a customer stays subscribed.
Below that, the Churn Rate by Plan chart shows which plans have the highest cancellation rates.

Step 5: Click on the "Payments" Tab
This shows how your billing attempts are performing:
- Success Rate – percentage of payments that went through successfully.
- Total Attempts – total number of billing attempts in the period.
- Successful – number of successful charges.

The Daily Billing Attempts chart below tracks successful, challenged, and failed payments over time.

This shows your overall subscription health — Active, New, Cancelled, and Unique Customers counts. The Age Distribution chart shows how long subscribers stay active, while Status Breakdown gives a snapshot of current subscription statuses.

Step 7: Click on the "Plans" Tab
This shows a Plans Comparison table, letting you compare each subscription plan's Active and Cancelled customers, along with their Retention and Churn Rate — helping you see which plans perform best.

In this way you can see the analytics generated by Fast Subscription .
