How to Create a Fixed Pricing Build-A-Box

Learn how to set up a Build-A-Box with a flat, fixed price regardless of what products customers select — perfect for meal plans or curated boxes where pricing needs to stay consistent.

Step 1: Click on "Build-A-Box" in the sidebar.

This opens the Build-A-Box page, where you can click Create Build-A-Box to set up your first customizable subscription bundle.

Clicking Create Build-A-Box opens the setup page, where you'll fill in the details needed to configure your box.

Step 2: Fill in Basic Configuration

Give your box a name under Build-A-Box Name, then choose Fixed Pricing Bundle as the bundle type — this makes the price update automatically as customers pick their products.

Step 3: Choose or Create a Subscription Plan

Select an existing plan from the Subscription Plans dropdown, or click Create New Subscription Plan if you don't have one yet. This plan defines which products customers can choose from to build their box.

After choosing a plan you can also View products in that plan.

Step 4: Configure Bundle Parent Products

Select your Subscription Plan, then click Configure Now to set up the Bundle Parent products — these are the primary products customers buy, and their price stays fixed no matter what child products are added.

After Configure Now opens the Select Parent Product popup, where you choose the fixed-price product customers will pay for, then click Add Parent Product to confirm.

Step 5: Click Configure

Once added, click Configure next to your parent product to set up which child items customers can choose from within the fixed-price bundle.

Step 6: Configure the Parent Product

1. Min Quantity – the minimum number of products a customer must select to checkout.
2. Max Quantity – the maximum number of products allowed at checkout.
3. Click on Select on Products – choose which child products customers can pick from for this bundle.

Choose your child product and than click on Save

Once everything is set click on Done

Step 7: Click Continue

Once your parent product is configured, click Continue to move to the next step and finish setting up your Build-A-Box.

Step 8: Set Advanced Settings

Choose where customers are redirected after building their box under Select Bundle Redirect (e.g., Cart), then click Show Advanced Settings to customize additional options if needed.

Step 9: Customize Advanced Options

1. Button Label – text shown on the checkout button (e.g., "Proceed to Checkout").
2. Choose Products Text – heading shown above the product selection area.
3. Top Custom HTML – add custom content or messaging above the product list.
4. Bottom Custom HTML – add custom content or messaging below the product list.

Click on enable and click save after you configure all the settings

Step 10: Review Your Fixed Pricing Bundle

Once saved, your new Fixed Pricing bundle appears in the list alongside your other bundles, showing its Redirect and Status. You can edit, preview, duplicate, or delete it anytime from the Actions column.
