How to manage shopify subscriptions.
Here's how you can manage all your customers' subscriptions in one place.
Manage Shopify Subscriptions Like a Pro :
Let me guide you step by step:
Step 1: Click on "Subscriptions" in the left sidebar.
This takes you to the Subscriptions dashboard, where you can see everything at a glance:

Filter by statuts:
- Total subscriptions – the overall count of subscriptions created
- Active – subscriptions currently running
- Paused – subscriptions temporarily on hold
- Cancelled – subscriptions that have ended

Step 2: Review the subscription list columns.
Each row shows a customer's subscription details: Contract ID with customer info, Status (Active/Paused/Cancelled), Type of billing, Next order date, Products included, and delivery Frequency.

Step 3: Click on the Contract ID or subscription row.
This opens the full details of that customer's subscription on a new page, where you can view and manage everything about it.

Step 4: Explore the Detail tab.
Here you can see and manage everything for this subscription:
- Detail tab – shows all subscription info
- Edit Items – change the products in the subscription

Manage the changes according to yourself.
- Edit Delivery – update shipping method
- Admin notes – add private notes (only visible to you)

You can also Pause or Cancel Subscription from the top right.
Step 5: Click on the "Coming Orders" tab.
This shows all upcoming orders for the subscription, each marked with its scheduled date. From here you can Reschedule an order to a different date, Skip a billing cycle, or use Charge now to bill the customer immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled date.

Step 6: Click on any Past order to view all past orders.
Here you can see the list of past orders the customer has made. Click View order to see the full details of that order.

Step 7: View and manage the order in Shopify.
Clicking into a view order takes you directly to Shopify's order page, where you can see full details of customer info, shipping address, items ordered, and payment status. From here, you can manage fulfillment, issue refunds, edit the order, or mark it as fulfilled.

Step 9: Click on the "Activity Logs" tab.
Here you can see all the activity related to this subscription on a single page.

Step 10: Use "Pause" or "Cancel Subscription" as needed.
If a customer wants a break, click Pause to temporarily stop billing. If they want to end it altogether, click Cancel Subscription.

Thank you.
