How to Add Build-A-Box to Your Store Theme
Learn how to embed the Build-A-Box widget onto your storefront so customers can start creating their own subscription bundles directly from your theme.
Step 1: Click the External Link Icon
From the Build-A-Box list, click the external link icon next to your bundle to open and preview it on your live storefront.
Step 2: Copy the Bundle URL
This opens your Build-A-Box page on the live storefront. Copy the URL from the address bar — you'll use this link to add the Build-A-Box page anywhere in your store's theme (like navigation menus or product pages).
Step 3: Go to Content > Menus
In your Shopify Admin, click Content in the sidebar, then click Menus — this is where you'll add the Build-A-Box link to your store's navigation.
You can either click Create menu to add a new one, or click on an existing menu (like Main menu) to add the Build-A-Box link to it.
Step 4: Click "Add menu item"
After clicking on the main menu.This opens a new field where you'll add the Build-A-Box link to your menu.
Step 5: Add the Label, Link, and Save
- Label – enter a name for the menu item (e.g., "Build-a-box").
- Link – paste the Build-A-Box URL you copied earlier.
- Click Save to add it to your store's navigation menu.
Step 6: Verify It's Live
Once saved, the Build-a-box link now appears in your store's navigation menu, ready for customers to click and start building their own subscription box.

In this way you can edit your theme and place this build-a-box anywhere you prefer.
