Setting Up the Account Page Widgets

Learn how to add Loyalty Hub and Account Points Banner blocks to your Shopify customer account pages, so shoppers can track points, claim rewards, and view their status directly from their account.

Step 1: Navigate to the Account Page Tab

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Loyalty Palm > Store Front Widgets.
2. Select the Account Page tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Add the Loyalty Hub Block

The Loyalty Hub widget is marked Recommended — it gives customers a personalized space to track points, claim rewards, and explore their status inside Shopify.

1. Click Add To Accounts under the Loyalty Hub section.

Step 3: Add the Rewards Hub Block to Accounts

Clicking Add To Accounts opens the theme/checkout editor with the Loyalty Palm app blocks listed in the left sidebar under Apps.

1. Find the Rewards Hub block in the Loyalty Palm widgets list.
2. Click the + icon next to it.
3. From the Add page to popup, select Accounts to add the block to the customer account profile page.

Step 4: Add the Rewards Page to Your Menu

Now you need to make this Rewards page easy for customers to find.

1. Click Add to menu to add the page to your store's existing menu.

Click on button SAVE

Step 5: Confirm the Menu Item and Save

After clicking Add to menu, a new menu item is added to your Customer account main menu.

1. Check the Label field — it will show "Rewards Hub" by default. You can rename it if you like.
2. The Link field will already be filled in with the Rewards Hub page.
3. Click Save in the bottom-right corner to add it to your menu.

Step 6: Confirm the Loyalty Hub Is Live

Once saved, the Loyalty Hub widget status changes to Live, and you'll now see "Visible in customer accounts" along with an Open Account Editor option for future edits.
