Set-up guide of loyalty palms

Set up Loyalty Palms by customizing your rewards button and choosing a style that matches your store.

Step 1: Choose a Rewards Button Style

Under Choose a style, select the rewards button design that best fits your store. You can choose from Clean, Luxury, Playful, Minimal, or Bold.
Click Next to continue.

Step 2: Design Your Rewards Panel

Choose a style that matches your store’s branding. The preview on the right shows how the rewards panel will look.
Select Clean, Luxury, Playful, Minimal, or Bold, then click Next to continue.

Step 3: Set up points and rewards

Under Earn points on purchases, set the amount spent and the number of Points earned by customers.
Under Create a discount reward, configure the Points required and the corresponding Discount value. Use the live preview on the right to see how your rewards program appears to customers.
Click Next to continue.

Step 4: Enable app embed

Click Open Theme Editor, enable the LoyaltyPalms app embed in your theme, save your changes, and click Next.

Toggle on Rewards widget under App embeds, then click Save in the top right corner.

Step 6: Confirm and Continue

Confirm that your Widget is live on your store, then click Next.

Final Step: Launch and Explore

Review your setup options and you can change them afterwards too, then click Launch program to make your rewards program live.

Accessing Your Dashboard

After launching your program, you will land on the main Loyalty Palm dashboard to monitor performance metrics like Revenue, Points Issued, and total Members.
