How to Sign Up, Earn and Redeem Points on Loyalty Palms

If your favorite store runs on Shopify and you keep seeing a little rewards widget pop up in the corner of the screen, there's a good chance it's Loyalty Palms. It's a loyalty and rewards app that lets stores turn everyday actions like signing up, checking out or referring a friend into points you can redeem for real savings. Here is exactly how to get started, rack up points and cash them in.

Step 1: Sign Up for the Store's Loyalty Program

Click it to open the Loyalty Hub, where you'll see your points balance along with tabs for Home, Earn, Card, Redeem and More.

Step 2: Earn Points

Every store sets up its own "Ways to earn points" list under the Earn tab.

All earning ways include:

• Signup
• Place an order
• Celebrate a birthday
• Refer a friend
• Judge.me review reward

Step 3: Redeem Your Points

Open the Loyalty Hub and tap Redeem button to see the options for redeeming your points.

Choose the reward you want. For a free product, you'll see which item is included before you confirm, tap Redeem to lock it in.

Copy the discount code that's generated, or tap Apply discount to send it straight to your cart.

Head to your cart or checkout and the reward will be reflected in your total. In this case, the redeemed item shows as free.
