How to Set Up Bonus Campaigns in Loyalty Palm.

A step-by-step guide to setting up Bonus Campaigns, running limited-time bonus offers for targeted customer groups.

Step 1: Go to Bonus Campaigns

On the Programs page, find the Bonus Campaigns card and click Set up.

Step 2: Create a Campaign

Click Create campaign to start setting up a bonus points promotion for your customers.

Step 3: Set Up Campaign Basics

1. Campaign name – give it an internal name (only visible to your team)
2. Audience – choose All customers, a specific segment, or VIP tier customers
3. Ways to earn – select which earning rules (like placing an order or signup) get the bonus multiplier

Step 4: Set Multiplier and Schedule

• Bonus points multiplier – choose how much extra customers earn (e.g., 2x)
• Schedule – set a start date/time, or check "Start campaign now"
• End – pick a preset duration or set a custom end date/time

Check the Summary panel to confirm everything before proceeding.

Step 5: Campaign Live 🎉

Your "Summer" campaign is now Active with a 2x points multiplier for all customers, running Aug 28 to Sep 4. Click View all campaigns or Open campaign library anytime to manage your bonus campaigns.

Step 6: Campaign Library

Here you can filter your campaigns by All, Active, Scheduled, Paused, or Completed, and view details like status, multiplier, and dates in one place. Click View on any campaign to see or manage it further.

Step 7: All Done ✅

All 4 programs — Points, Referral, Customer Group, and Bonus Campaigns — are now Active and live for your customers. Your loyalty setup is complete!
