The 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) Fulfillment feature in the SPL TikTok Shop app allows merchants to ship TikTok orders directly using TikTok-supported logistics partners.
TikTok acts as the logistics integrator, sitting between you and the physical courier.
- Platform Control: TikTok selects the carrier for each order based on weight, dimensions, and the buyer's location.
- Billing: Shipping fees are deducted directly from your seller settlement (the money you earn from the sale), often at discounted platform rates.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are generated automatically. You do not need to manually upload tracking IDs; they sync the moment you print the label.
Where to Find 4PL Orders
- Open the SPL TikTok Shop App in your Shopify Admin.
- Navigate to the Orders section.
- You will see multiple tabs such as:
- All
- Unfulfilled
- Awaiting Collection
- In Transit
- Delivered
- Cancelled

When an order is ready for logistics processing, you will see the Print Shipping Labels button and shipment actions enabled.
How to Fulfill a 4PL Order
Step 1: Open the Fulfillment Window
- In the Orders list, click the Ship / Fulfill action icon for the desired order.
- A popup window titled Ship Package (4PL) will appear.

Step 2: Choose Handover Method
Under Fulfillment Details, select how the package will be handed over to the logistics provider:
- Drop Off – You will personally drop the package at the courier or TikTok partner location.
- Pickup – The courier will collect the package from your address.
Choose the option that matches your shipping workflow.
Step 3: Ship the Package
- After selecting the package and handover method, click Ship Package.
- The system will send fulfillment data to TikTok and generate shipment confirmation.

Step 4: Select Package to Ship
Inside the popup:
- You will see Package ID and Status (e.g., TO_FULFILL).
- The product name and variant details are displayed below.
- Select the radio button next to the package you want to ship.

Note: Some orders may contain multiple packages. Choose the correct one carefully.

Order Status Updates
After successful fulfillment:
- Status changes from Awaiting Shipment → Awaiting Collection or In Transit.
- Tracking information is automatically synced from TikTok logistics.
- You can monitor progress directly from the SPL Orders dashboard.

Important Notes
- Ensure your warehouse and pickup address are correctly configured in TikTok Seller Center.
- Always print and attach the shipping label before handing over the package.
- If the Ship Package button is disabled, verify:
- Order is paid.
- Package status is
TO_FULFILL. - Logistics service is available for the region.
When to Use 4PL Fulfillment
Use 4PL when:
- You want TikTok partner carriers to manage shipping.
- You need automatic tracking synchronization.
- You are operating in supported TikTok Shop regions.
