4PL Order Fulfillment (US) – SPL TikTok Shop Connector

The 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) Fulfillment feature in the SPL TikTok Shop Connector allows US merchants to ship TikTok Shop orders using TikTok-supported logistics carriers (such as USPS). This method automatically syncs tracking details between TikTok and Shopify and reduces manual shipping work.

This guide explains how to identify, prepare, and ship 4PL orders from the SPL app.

Where to Find 4PL Orders

1. Open Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Apps → TikTok Shop – SPL.
3. Click Orders from the left sidebar.

You will see order tabs such as:

• All
• Unfulfilled
• Awaiting Collection
• In Transit
• Delivered
• Cancelled

When an order is eligible for fulfillment, the “Fulfill on TikTok” button becomes active.

Steps to Fulfill a 4PL Order (US)

Step 1 – Click “Fulfill on TikTok”

• Locate the order in the Orders list.
• Click Fulfill on TikTok in the Tracking Info column.
• A popup titled TikTok Shipping Fulfillment (4PL) will open.

Step 2 – Select Items to Fulfill

Inside the popup:

• Under Create New Package, you will see a list of products.
• Tick the checkboxes for the items you want to ship.
• Multiple quantities of the same SKU may appear — ensure correct selection.

Tip: Always verify SKUs and quantities before proceeding.

Step 3 – Enter Package Details

Under Package Details, provide shipping measurements:

Weight

• Enter the total package weight.
• Select the correct unit (usually POUND in the US).

Dimensions

• L (Length)
• W (Width)
• H (Height)
• Unit is typically INCH.

Accurate measurements are important to avoid shipping price errors or carrier rejection.

Step 4 – Select Shipping Service

In the Shipping Service dropdown:

• Choose a TikTok-supported US carrier.
• Example: USPS Ground Advantage – USPS (USD $3.43).

The available services depend on TikTok Seller Center carrier configuration and warehouse location.

Step 5 – Create Package

• Click Create Package.
• The SPL app will:

  • Generate a shipping label.
  • Sync tracking automatically.

Important Notes for US Merchants

• Ensure Warehouse Address is correctly set in TikTok Seller Center.
• Use accurate weight & dimensions to avoid carrier issues.
• If the Fulfill on TikTok button is disabled:
