How to Combine and Uncombine Orders in SPL TikTok Shop Connector.

The Combine Orders feature allows you to merge multiple eligible TikTok Shop orders into one shipment. This helps you avoid creating separate shipping labels when the same customer places multiple orders for the same delivery address.

Order Requirements

Orders can only be combined when they meet all of the following conditions:

• The order status is Awaiting Shipment.
• The shipping method is Shipping by Platform.
• The orders belong to one of these regions: Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam.
• All selected orders have the same delivery address.

How to Combine Orders

1. Open the Orders page in the SPL app.
2. Select the eligible orders you want to combine.
3. Click Combine to confirm.

The selected orders will then be grouped together.

Fulfilling Combined Orders

After the orders are combined, generate a shipping label and fulfill one of the orders. All other orders in the same combined group will automatically be fulfilled using the same tracking number.

Uncombining Orders

You can use the Uncombine option to separate previously combined orders when needed. It is recommended to uncombine the orders before generating the shipping label or fulfilling the shipment.
