Order Import Customization in SPL

SPL provides additional features to customize how TikTok orders are imported into Shopify.

Auto Import On-Hold Orders

Function:

Automatically imports On-Hold TikTok orders as draft orders in Shopify to reserve inventory before the order becomes actionable.

Order Name Prefix:

• Enter a prefix to be added to the Shopify order name, or leave the field empty.
• If a prefix is provided, the imported order from TikTok will be named using the format: prefix-AUTO_INCREAMENT_NUMBER.
• If left blank, the order will use the default TikTok order number.

Benefit:

Once the order status changes to Awaiting Shipment, the draft order converts into a real order, enabling fulfillment and inventory syncing while maintaining clear order organization.

Exclude Discounts

• Function: Prevents TikTok discounts from importing into Shopify orders.
• Benefit: Avoids double-discounting or accounting mismatches.

Set Order Import Time as Order Creation Time

• Function: Imports orders using TikTok creation timestamp rather than the import timestamp.
• Benefit: Maintains accurate historical records for reporting and analytics.

Skip FBT Order Import

• Function: Skips importing orders that are Shipped By TikTok (FBT).
• Benefit: Keeps Shopify inventory and order management focused on items sellers need to fulfill.
