How to sync Global Products in multiple TikTok regions (Intra-EU)

Overview:

Once you’ve connected multiple TikTok Shops to your Shopify store using the SPL app, you can use the Global Products feature to sync one Shopify product across several EU TikTok Regions, while customizing price, inventory, and content for each region.

How to Add Multiple TikTok Shops

On the SPL dashboard:

  • Look at the top-right corner of the page — you’ll see a dropdown menu showing your currently connected shop.
  • Click the dropdown and select “➕ Add Shop” to begin adding another TikTok Shop.

After successful connection:

  • The newly added shop will now appear in the dropdown list alongside your existing shops.

You can repeat this process to connect all your EU-region TikTok Regions to one Shopify store.

📌 If you haven't connected your TikTok Shop(s) with Shopify yet, follow this setup guide first:

How to connect your TikTok shop with Shopify using SPL

Step 1: Go to Global Products

On the SPL app sidebar, click on Global Products.

You’ll now see a list of your Shopify products that can be synced to TikTok Shops.

Step 2: Select a Product to Sync

From the list of available products:

  • Click on the product you want to publish to multiple TikTok Shops and then click to Sync to TikTok Shop.

Step 3: Choose Regions

At the top of the Global Products page, select the regions (TikTok Shops) where you want to publish the product.

Tick the boxes for:

  • IE – Ireland
  • FR – France
  • IT – Italy
  • DE – Germany
  • ES – Spain … and any other EU markets you’ve connected.

Only the selected shops will receive the product listing.

Step 4: Set Global Inventory and Price

This is where you define the total stock available and base price for your product — before it's distributed across multiple TikTok Shops.

  • Global Inventory: The total number of units of the product you're selling across all connected TikTok regions.
  • Base Price: The default product price, typically in your Shopify store’s base currency (e.g., USD or EUR), that will be applied unless you override it regionally.

📌 This step helps SPL know how many units exist in total, and what the default price should be when syncing to TikTok.

1️⃣ Set Local Pricing

This option lets you manually assign different prices for each TikTok Shop region.

Example:

  • IE (Ireland): €31.99
  • FR (France): €29.49
  • IT (Italy): €30.99

Each market will display its own product price on TikTok, giving you full control over regional pricing strategies.

✅ Best for sellers who want to adjust prices based on market demand, VAT differences, or country-specific promotions.

Step 5: Apply Regional Inventory and Pricing (Optional)

Apply Inventory

This button lets you decide how the global stock will be used across your different TikTok Shops.

When you click Apply Inventory, you'll get two options:

1️⃣ Set Global Inventory as Base

  1. This means all selected TikTok Shops will pull from the same inventory pool.
  2. If you enter 300 units as your global inventory:

  • Each shop (IE, FR, IT) sees 300 available units — and shares that same pool.
  • If someone buys in France, the stock decreases for all regions.

✅ Best for centralized warehouses or sellers who fulfill from a single location.

2️⃣ Distribute Inventory Between the Regions

This option lets you manually assign a specific quantity to each TikTok Shop

Example:

  • IE (Ireland): 100 units
  • FR (France): 120 units
  • IT (Italy): 80 units

Each market has its own inventory limit, so orders in one region won’t affect stock in another.

✅ Best for sellers who store stock in different countries or want to test markets individually.

  • Once you have set price and inventory, click on Next Step, to continue.

Step 6: Select Category, Brand, and Attributes

Before syncing, complete the TikTok-required fields:

  • Choose the Product Category from TikTok’s dropdown (e.g., Skin Care > Serums).

  • Select a Brand. If it’s not listed, choose “No Brand” or submit a request via TikTok Seller Center.

1️⃣ Product Attributes

These are category-specific details that describe your product on TikTok, such as color, size, material, or ingredients.

Example (for a skincare product):

  • Skin Type: All Skin Types
  • Net Volume: 50ml
  • Fragrance: Unscented
  • Color: White

Why it matters:

TikTok Shop and Shopify use these attributes to correctly classify your products, match them with category requirements, and improve searchability and optimization.

In SPL:

You may be asked to fill in or map product attributes during the product sync process to meet TikTok’s listing standards.

2️⃣ Confirm Any Regulatory Marking or Label

This refers to any official certifications or compliance labels your product needs based on its type or target market.

Examples:

  • CE Mark for electronics in the EU
  • FCC certification in the US
  • RoHS, FDA, or recycling symbols

Why it matters:

TikTok Shop requires these confirmations for legal and compliance reasons — especially when selling regulated goods like electronics, cosmetics, or toys.

In SPL:

When syncing products, you might be prompted to confirm that your product has these markings — especially if you're selling in countries with strict import rules like Germany or France.

  • Checkmark if you want to Save your Selection as a template for future use.

  • You can also assign a custom name to the template and then click Save Template to store it for future use.

Step 7: Sync the Product to TikTok Shops

  • Once everything is filled: Click Create Products on Tiktok.

  • Your product will be saved as a Draft.

Once you click on Publish, the product setup is completed — but it won’t go live until you switch between your Intra EU Shops and manually select the regions where the product should be published.

To do this:

  1. Go to the shop selector at the top-right corner of the SPL dashboard.
  2. Select each Intra EU TikTok Shop one by one (e.g., France, Italy, Germany).
  3. Inside each shop, choose the region.
  4. Confirm the product details and click Publish for that specific region.

✅ This step ensures that the product is actively synced and visible on all selected TikTok Shops.

✅ Your product is now live across all selected EU TikTok Shops — managed centrally from one Shopify listing.

Any price, stock, or content updates made in Shopify will automatically sync to the connected TikTok Shops.
