How to fulfill your TikTok shop orders from Shopify Using SPL?

1. Open Orders Section

• Navigate to the Orders section in the SPL app.
• Go to Unfulfilled Orders.

2. Two Ways to Fulfill Orders :There are two options for fulfilling orders:

Method 1: Fulfill Directly from SPL App

• In the Unfulfilled Orders section, click on the Fulfill on TikTok button.

• Select the Courier and enter the Tracking Number.

• Click on Mark as Fulfilled to mark the order as fulfilled on TikTok.

Method 2: Fulfill via Shopify

• Click on the Import button in the SPL app to import the order to Shopify.

• If the product is not already connected to Shopify, you will need to connect it manually first.

• After the product is imported, future orders for that product from TikTok Shop will be automatically imported to Shopify.

Fulfilling the Order in Shopify

• Go to the Orders section in Shopify.
• Find the order you want to fulfill and click on it.

• Click on the Fulfill Item button.

• Add the Tracking Number and select the Shipping Carrier.

• Click on Fulfill Item to complete the order fulfillment in Shopify.
