How to Fulfill Dropshipping Orders on TikTok Shop Using SPL
How to Fulfill Dropshipping Orders on TikTok Shop Using SPL
Overview:
Once you’ve connected your TikTok Shop to Shopify using the SPL app, you can seamlessly fulfill dropshipping orders by integrating with suppliers like AutoDS, CJdropshipping, Printify, or DASZaa. SPL automatically imports orders into Shopify, and once your supplier fulfills the order, SPL syncs the tracking number and shipping details back to TikTok Shop.
Step 1: Auto Import Orders to Shopify
Once SPL is connected:
- Go to the SPL dashboard > Settings > Order Settings.
- Enable the Auto Import Orders toggle.
New TikTok orders will now automatically appear in your Shopify order panel, tagged with the corresponding TikTok Shop.
Step 2: Orders Are Sent to Your Dropshipping Supplier
As soon as an order is imported into Shopify:
- If you’re using an app like AutoDS, CJ, Printify, or DASZaa, the order is forwarded to the supplier (If automation is enabled in your supplier’s app (e.g., AutoDS, CJ), the order will be forwarded and fulfilled without manual action. Otherwise, you may need to manually confirm fulfillment.).
- Once shipped, the tracking number and shipping carrier are added to the Shopify order — either automatically or manually, depending on your supplier.
Step 3: TikTok Shipping SLA
SLA (Service Level Agreement) refers to the maximum time TikTok gives sellers to fulfill and upload tracking after an order is placed.
Region | Typical SLA |
---|---|
Domestic (e.g., UK, US) | 72 hours from order time |
Cross-border (e.g., China → EU) | 5–7 days depending on route |
Custom SLA (some shops) | Varies (check order details) |
✅ Always aim to fulfill within 72 hours, unless TikTok has specified a different SLA for your region or product category.
Step 4: Use TikTok-Approved Shipping Carriers
TikTok Shop only allows tracking info from approved shipping carriers.
If you or your supplier uses an unrecognized or fake carrier:
- SPL won’t sync the tracking
- TikTok may mark the order as invalid or late
- The order may remain unfulfilled, affecting your store's performance
Here’s how to ensure your carrier is supported:
- Confirm which carrier your supplier is using
(e.g., YunExpress, DHL, EVRi, Amazon Logistics)
- Check if that carrier is TikTok-approved
You can view the official list in your TikTok Seller Center or match it with commonly accepted carriers below
- Use carriers from this verified list to avoid sync issues
✅ Make sure this carrier is selected when fulfilling manually in Shopify or used by your automation tool.
👉 To prevent this, you must map the carrier correctly in SPL so that the system translates your Shopify carrier name into TikTok’s required format during the sync process.
✅ Common Verified Carriers Used in Dropshipping
Carrier | Commonly Used By |
---|---|
YunExpress | AutoDS, CJdropshipping, DASZaa |
4PX Express | AutoDS, CJ |
USPS | Printify, DASZaa (US) |
FedEx | Printify, AutoDS |
DHL | Printful, AutoDS |
Royal Mail | DASZaa, Printify (UK) |
Evri | DASZaa (UK) |
Step 5: Map Shipping Carriers in SPL
If the shipping carrier added in Shopify doesn’t exactly match TikTok’s approved shipping carrier names, the tracking will fail to sync. To fix this, SPL lets you manually map carrier names between Shopify and TikTok.
Follow the steps below to ensure tracking is accepted by TikTok Shop:
- Go to the SPL dashboard > Settings > Order Settings > Shipping Carrier
- You’ll see a table with two columns:
- Left column: Shopify Shipping Carrier (e.g., Amazon Logistics UK, EVRi, YunExpress)
- Right column: TikTok Shipping Carrier (select from dropdown)
Step-by-step:
- In the Shopify Shipping Carrier column, locate the carrier used by your supplier
- Use the dropdown to select the matching TikTok Shipping Carrier
- Example:
EVRi → EVRi
Amazon Logistics UK → Amazon Logistics UK
- Repeat this for each carrier you regularly use
- Click Save Mapping to apply the changes
✅ SPL will now translate the Shopify carrier names to TikTok’s required format whenever tracking is synced — reducing the chance of fulfillment errors or rejections.
Step 6: Tracking Sync from Shopify to TikTok via SPL
Once the tracking number is added in Shopify (by your supplier):
- SPL detects the update
- Automatically pushes:
- Tracking Number
- Shipping Carrier
- Fulfillment by TikTok Shop
The order status on TikTok will change to Shipped, and the buyer receives a shipping notification.
Step 7: Fulfillment Complete
At this point:
- The order is fully fulfilled on TikTok
- SPL updates the order status
- Your TikTok Shop remains in good standing with TikTok’s performance policies
✅ Common Fulfillment Errors & Fixes
Issue | Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Tracking not syncing | Carrier not approved by TikTok | Use only TikTok-listed carriers |
Order stuck as unfulfilled | Supplier didn’t update tracking | Manually add it in Shopify |
Order not imported | SKU mismatch between TikTok & Shopify | Fix it via SPL > Global Products |
Late shipment warning | Tracking added after the SLA deadline | Fulfill orders within 72 hours |
Your Dropshipping Fulfillment Is Now Automated
Once your systems are connected:
- TikTok order → Shopify → Supplier
- Supplier ships → Shopify updates → SPL syncs → TikTok
No manual syncing or double-entry required — as long as you're compliant with TikTok SLA and using approved carriers, the process is hands-free.
