How to cancel the subscription plan of SPL app?


To cancel your subscription plan, you need to uninstall the SPL app from your Shopify admin.


Once uninstalled, the subscription will be automatically cancelled by Shopify, and you won’t be charged again.



1. Open your Shopify Admin

  • Go to: "https://admin.shopify.com" and log in.



2. Navigate to the Apps tab

  • From the left-hand sidebar, click on Apps.



  • This will display a list of all installed apps in your store.




3. Click on "Apps and Sales Channel Settings"



4. Find TikTok Shop – SPL

  • Scroll to locate or use the search bar to find TikTok Shop – SPL.



5. Click on the three dots (⋯) and "Uninstall"

  • To the right of the app name, click the three-dot icon.
  • Choose Uninstall from the dropdown menu.
