Sync Tracking Numbers to TikTok Shop
Overview
If you're experiencing issues syncing tracking information from your eCommerce platform to TikTok Shop, there could be a few common causes.
When fulfilling orders outside of TikTok (Shipped by Seller), you can choose your own logistics service provider (carrier). However, you must meet the following criteria:
- The logistics provider must be on TikTok Shop’s approved list of Integrated Carriers.
- You must upload a valid, traceable tracking ID for all dispatched orders in the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
How to Sync Valid Tracking Numbers to TikTok Shop
Step 1: Check If Your Tracking Information is Valid
To ensure your tracking number syncs correctly, follow these steps:
- Go to Manage Orders in your TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Click Add Tracking Info on orders ready to ship.
- In the popup:
- Enter the Tracking ID.
- TikTok Shop will auto-detect the matching carrier based on the tracking number format.
- Select the correct carrier from the dropdown list.
- Click Confirm package(s).
Step 2: Set Up Carrier Mapping
Ensure your carrier names match TikTok Shop’s approved carrier list exactly. Carrier mismatches can cause sync failures.
How to Check If Your Carrier is Approved
You can view the full list of TikTok Shop Integrated Carriers directly in the shipping provider dropdown when adding tracking info. Approved carriers vary by region.
