In this guide, you’ll learn how to optimize your Shopify products using the SEO Lab app. Follow these simple steps to improve your SEO score and product visibility.

1. Open SEO Lab App

1. Log in to your Shopify store.
2. Go to Apps → SEO Lab.

2. Scan Your Products

1. Click on Page Optimization.
2. Select Scan Now to scan all your products.
3. Once the scan is complete, you’ll see the SEO score and ranking for each product.

3. Choose Your Optimization Method

SEO Lab gives you two ways to optimize your product content:

A. Optimize Content (Manual Editing)

• Use this option if you want to edit titles, descriptions, meta tags, keywords, and alt text manually.
• Great for users who prefer full control over their SEO content.
• You will get the suggestions for improvement of Your Seo health in red bullets.

B. AI Optimization (Automatic)

• Select AI Optimization if you want SEO Lab’s AI to automatically create optimized content for you.
• When selected, the app will ask you for a Focus Keyword.
• Enter your product name or primary keyword as the focus keyword.
• Click Get AI Data to generate optimized content.
• Review the content and click Set Data to apply it to your product.

4. Check Your SEO Score

• After optimization, your updated SEO score will appear for each product.
• Higher scores mean better optimization and better performance in search engines.

5. Restore Data

If you want your previous data back then you can click on restore data.

6. View Optimized Products

• Go to the Optimized section to view all the products you have optimized using SEO Lab.

7. For Collections and blogs

You can also optimize your collection and blog pages by following the same procedure.

You may use the same process described above, including both manual optimization and AI optimization.

A. Optimize Content (Manual Editing)
