How to Access Order Logs

1. The Order Logs section lets you view and track all order edits made through EditMyOrder.ai.

How to Access

1. Go to Shopify Admin
2. Open Apps → EditMyOrder.ai
3. Click Order Logs

What You’ll See

The Order History table shows:

• Order # – Shopify order number
• Price – Order total
• Date & Time – When the edit happened
• View Details – See full edit history

View Details

Click View Details to open:

• Order summary (Order ID, Total Price, Total Edits)
• Full edit timeline
• Action type (e.g., Item Added, Address Updated, Quantity Changed)
• Exact data changed

Each edit is timestamped and stored separately.

Why It’s Important

Order Logs help you:

✔ Track customer changes

✔ Verify edits before shipping

✔ Prevent fulfillment errors

✔ Maintain a full audit trail
