The Email Templates tab in Shortly allows you to personalize and automate emails sent to influencers for invites and email verification (OTP).

This email is used to invite influencers to join your affiliate program.

You can personalize the message using the following variables:

Variable	Description
`{{influencer_name}}`	Displays the influencer’s name
`{{brand_name}}`	Displays your store or brand name
`{{commission}}`	Shows the affiliate commission rate
`{{link}}`	Inserts the affiliate registration link

Shortly sends this email when an influencer registers, using a One-Time Password (OTP) to verify their identity.

You can insert dynamic content using the following variables:

Variable	Description
`{{influencer_name}}`	Displays the influencer’s name
`{{brand_name}}`	Displays your store/brand name
`{{otp_code}}`	Displays the unique OTP for the influencer

✅ Best Practices: Keep your content clear and concise.Always include {{otp_code}} for OTP emails.Avoid spammy wording to ensure delivery success.
