SEO Lab Home Page Overview
The SEO Lab home page offers a comprehensive view of your store’s SEO performance with various key metrics.
- Performance Stats:
Each page type shows a specific SEO score (out of 100), giving you a clear indication of how well each page is performing in terms of SEO.This section shows the SEO performance across different pages of your store, such as:
- Homepage SEO: The overall SEO score of your homepage, helping you identify how well-optimized it is for search engines.
- Product Page SEO: The score for individual product pages, reflecting how well they are optimized for product-related searches.
- Collection Page SEO: The SEO score for collection pages, which groups related products, influencing how they rank in search results.
- Blog Page SEO: The SEO score for your blog pages, helping you ensure content is optimized for better visibility in search engines.

- Homepage Section:
There’s also a Recheck Now button, allowing you to manually trigger a re-evaluation of your homepage’s SEO score and health.
- SEO Site Score: This is the primary metric, reflecting the overall SEO health of your homepage. A higher score indicates that the homepage is well-optimized for SEO.
- Circle with Percentage: The score is represented as a circle, filled in green. This percentage helps you easily see how close you are to a fully optimized homepage.


- Speed Score: This section provides an indication of the loading speed of your homepage. Speed is a crucial SEO factor, as search engines rank faster websites higher.
- Mobile Speed Score: This shows how quickly your homepage loads on mobile devices.
- Desktop Speed Score: This shows the loading time for desktop users. Both scores help identify if your site needs further optimization for speed.
- View Report of Homepage: Clicking this button will generate a detailed report, offering insights into specific SEO issues on your homepage, including recommendations for improvement.

Main Performance Overview
- Performance (Score: 97): This is the overall SEO performance score for your homepage. A higher score means your page is performing well in terms of speed, accessibility, and SEO.
- Accessibility (Score: 90): Measures how accessible your webpage is for people with disabilities, such as screen readers or other assistive technologies.
- Best Practice (Score: 96): Reflects whether your site is following recommended web development best practices for optimization and functionality.
- SEO (Score: 91): Indicates how well your page is optimized for search engines, including elements like meta tags, headings, and keywords.

Metrics
This section shows specific technical details related to the performance of your page:
- First Contentful Paint (FCP): 2.0s – The time it takes for the first piece of content (text or image) to appear on the screen. A lower time is better.
- Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): 2.1s – Measures the time it takes for the largest piece of content to be fully visible. Ideally, this should be under 2.5 seconds.
- Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): 0.003 – This measures visual stability. A lower score indicates fewer unexpected layout shifts, which improves user experience.
- Speed Index: 2.0s – Reflects how quickly the content is visually populated on the page. A lower value indicates a faster-loading page.
- Total Blocking Time: 0 ms – This indicates how long the page was blocked from responding to user interactions (e.g., clicking, scrolling).

- The screenshots display a timeline of your page load, showcasing how your page content loads over time. This helps in understanding where delays or issues might be occurring.

Diagnostics
This section highlights any issues identified on your page:

Passed Audits
These are checks for best practices that your site has successfully passed:
