# Sync Order Returns and Refunds from TikTok to Your Shopify Store

## Overview

TikTok Shop Connector by SPL provides a seamless return and refund sync feature that allows you to:

* **Auto-sync refunds and return order information** from TikTok Shop to Shopify
* **Auto-restock items** on Shopify once a return order has been resolved on TikTok Shop, ensuring effective inventory management and avoiding stockouts.
* **Import returns from TikTok Shop** to Shopify  for informational purposes, allowing you to monitor customer returns with ease.

###  How It Works

When canceling a Shopify order:

1. Go to **Orders** in your Shopify admin.

2. Click on the order you want to cancel or refund.

3. Click **More actions > Cancel Order**.

4. In the popup, select **Refund now** or **Refund later**, provide a **reason for cancellation**, and click **Cancel order**.

Once this action is completed and sync is enabled, the **TikTok Shop order** is automatically **canceled and refunded**.


### Automatically Cancel and Refund Orders on TikTok Shop When Canceled in Shopify

To ensure order cancellations and refunds on **Shopify** are reflected on **TikTok Shop**, follow these steps:

1. **Navigate to Settings**:
* In the TikTokShop Connector by SPL admin panel, go to **Settings > Order Settings > ** **Return and refund Sync ** **** ****

2. **Enable Auto-Sync**:
* Shift the toggle to the right to enable the **Auto-Sync Return and Refund** feature.

* This will ensure that any order **canceled in Shopify** is also **automatically canceled and refunded** on TikTok Shop.
