The **Groups** feature in Shortly helps you **organize, track, and compare** your marketing efforts—whether it's by influencer, campaign, region, or product launch.

## ✅ Why Use Groups?

Use Groups to:

* 📊 **Track multiple influencers** in one view
* 🔄 **Batch-manage campaigns** easily
* 📈 **Analyze performance** at the group level
* 🔗 **Easily share stats** with influencers or internal teams
* 🔍 **Compare different marketing pushes** side by side

## ➕ How to Create a New Group

1. Go to **Apps > Shortly – Affiliate Marketing > Internal Groups**
2. Click **Create New Group** (top right)

3. Fill out the group details:
* **Group Name** (e.g., *Influencer Set #1*)       
* **Group Description** *(optional but helpful)*        
* **Group Image/Icon** *(optional – makes it easier to identify)*
        
4. Click **Create**

## 🔗 How to Add Links to a Group

Follow these steps to add links to a group in Shortly:
### Method 1: Add to Group During Link Creation

1. Go to **Create Trackable Links**.    
2. Enter all the necessary link details (Landing Page URL, Custom Alias, etc.).    
3. On the summary screen after the link is created, click the **purple folder icon** that says **"Add Link to Group."**

A list of your groups will appear. Click on the group you want to assign the link to.

### Method 2: Add to Group Later via Internal Groups

1. Go to the **Internal Groups** tab in the Shortly sidebar.

 Click **View Details** on the group where you want to add links.

2. Click **➕ Add Link to Group** (top right corner).

3. From the list of your links, click **Add to Group** on the one you'd like to assign.

✅ The selected link will be added to the group and tracked accordingly.

To remove a link from the group, click **Remove Link from Group**.

## 📊 View Group Performance

From the **Internal Groups** dashboard, each group displays at-a-glance performance stats:

* 🔗 **Links** – Total links in the group
    
* 👀 **Clicks** – Total clicks generated
    
* 🛍️ **Orders** – Number of tracked orders
    
* 💰 **Revenue** – Revenue attributed to this group

## 🧾 Export and Share Group Data

Easily share data with your team or partners:

* Click the **Export** button to download performance data for the whole group.

* To export individual link data, click the export icon next to that link.
