Merchants can connect their PayPal accounts to Shortly in order to send affiliate payouts directly from within the app.

## 🔐 How to Connect PayPal

To enable automated payouts to affiliates, you need to connect your PayPal account using **Client ID** and **Client Secret**.

### 🔧 Step-by-step Setup:

1. Click the **Visit PayPal** button to log in and access your app credentials.

2. Go to your PayPal **Developer Dashboard** → [https://developer.paypal.com](https://www.paypal.com/signin?returnUri=https%3A%2F%2Fdeveloper.paypal.com%2Fdashboard%2Fapplications&intent=developer&ctxId=ulc3ffcc46a3134345b4657238728cbbfd)
3. Create a new **Live App** (or use an existing one).
4. Copy the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** from PayPal.
5. Paste them into the respective fields in Shortly.
6. Click **Save**.

## 🚀 Enable Auto Payouts (Optional)

Shortly can process payouts automatically for you.

To enable:
1. Toggle the **Manage Auto Payouts** switch.
2. Make sure your Client ID and Secret are saved beforehand.
3. Once enabled, approved commissions will be sent directly to affiliate PayPal accounts.
