# 💵 **Shopify Affiliate Payout Management in Shortly: Track and Pay Influencer Commissions**

The **Payouts** section in the Shortly app helps you track and manage payments made to your influencers.

1. Open your **Shopify Admin**.

2. Go to **Apps > Shortly - Affiliate Marketing**.
3. Click on **Payouts** in the sidebar.

At the top, you'll see total amounts for different payment methods:

* **PayPal Payouts**: Total paid via PayPal.
* **Manually Paid**: Total recorded as manual payouts.
* **Bank Transferred**: Total sent through bank transfers.

## 🔍 Filter & Search

Use the search bar to find payouts by influencer name.  
Filter payouts by selecting a payment method from the dropdown.

## 📋 Table Overview

Each payout record includes:

| Column | Description |
| ---- |
| **Influencer Name** | Who was paid |
| **Amount** | How much was paid |
| **Payment Method** | Method used: Manual, PayPal, or Bank |
| **Payout Date** | When the payout was recorded |
| **Status** | Payment status (e.g., Paid) |
| **Notes** | Notes like "Affiliate Payment" or others |
| **Action** | View details or delete the record |

## ➕ Creating a New Payout

1. Click **Create Payout** (top-right button).

### ✅ Select Affiliate

Choose the influencer or affiliate to whom the payout will be made.
 

### 💳 Select Payment Method

Pick the payment method for the payout:
* **Manually Paid**
* **Bank Transferred**
* **PayPal**
 

### 💰 Amount

Enter the amount to be paid to the affiliate (in USD).
 

### 📤 Upload Invoice *(Optional)*

You can upload a payment invoice as a record with the payout.
 

### 📝 Notes *(Optional)*

Add notes or comments related to the payout (e.g., "March commissions" or "Promo bonus").
 

### ⏱️ Payout Mode

Choose when to make the payment:
* **Pay Now**: Record the payout immediately.
* **Schedule**: Set it for a future date (if supported).

## ✅ Final Step

Click **Save** to finalize the payout.

|| 💡If you select 'Manual', no funds are actually transferred — it's for record-keeping only. 

||| 💡However, if you select 'PayPal' and your PayPal account is connected, the funds will be transferred automatically.

## 🛠️ Manage Existing Payouts

* Click **Details** to view full payout info.
* Click the 🗑️ icon to delete a payout record.
